"Tried to require a certificate and found the error below Fatal error: Uncaught StripeErrorCard: Your card was declined. in /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiRequestor.php:214 from API request 'req_Jt0WoZOr7yRXBH' Stack trace: #0 /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiRequestor.php(173): StripeApiRequestor::_specificAPIError('{ 'error': {...', 402, Object(StripeUtilCaseInsensitiveArray), Array, Array) #1 /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiRequestor.php(473): StripeApiRequestor->handleErrorResponse('{ 'error': {...', 402, Object(StripeUtilCaseInsensitiveArray), Array) #2 /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiRequestor.php(126): StripeApiRequestor->_interpretResponse('{ 'error': {...', 402, Object(StripeUtilCaseInsensitiveArray)) #3 /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiOperations/Request.php(57): StripeApiRequestor->request('post', '/v1/customers', Array, Array) #4 /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiOperations/Create.php(23): StripeApiResource::_staticRequest('post', '/v1/customers', Array, NULL) #5 /h in /home/jydjbjmy/public_html/stripe-php/lib/ApiRequestor.php on line 214" I know it's a really ugly error message (on my list to fix), but it says that your card was declined. So you need to try with another card or something :) |

Is there something wrong with the link? When I clicked on the link to get a certificate, it opens a new window and says I need to be a verified profile to request a certificate? |
"Is there something wrong with the link? When I clicked on the link to get a certificate, it opens a new window and says I need to be a verified profile to request a certificate?" Hm that's strange, the same thing happened for me, but then I just noticed that I was logged out for whatever reason and had to log in again. Can you try? |

"just looking at the Certificate again.. have you ever thought about changing the wording from 'moderators' to Administration ?? Looks like a higher level of authority. Just a thought" They’re not really administrators, nor do they have any authority in the belt promotion either; that lies with the voting users. All they do is an extra manual data check :) |
"Link is going to a blank page. https://beltchecker.com/support.php" Really? Works here... strange, I'll look into it. Check that it didn't log you out? ![]() |
