Part of the problem is the folks that vote for profiles that do not have anything on them and say such things like "well documented" yet there is literally nothing other than the belt promotions and no photos etc. If everyone as a community refuses to vote until something more substantial is posted, it would make the system work better.

I could not agree more with this. What needs to happen is people having the guts to do whats right dispute these profiles that have no real documentation. Doesn't matter the belt rank either.
We have a forum post about a fake blackbelt that went crazy, the same should happen with profile with no documentation. If you see the the big picture its the same thing.

If part of the community agree to require a certain amount of documentation, they are free to form a group who will downvote when this is not met. The higher the verified belt ranks in the group, the more weight they have to tilt the criteria of voting on the site.
The system is designed in its core for exactly this to be possible. Or people can of course also just use the forum to shout "someone should do something!" instead. The system is also designed for this :D :D

I hope everyone remembers that this is also a social experiment that Christian created. We are ants in a fishbowl and Christian is watching how we interact. I am sure he has some devious plan to take over the world ala Dr Moreau. Keep an eye out. LOL

There only two pictures coaches take. 1. It's the no friends face, and 2. It's the promotion smile face.
So the best recommendation i have is to make sure you get your pictures on promotion day. Hahahaha
