An avid jiu-jitsu practitioner, my journey began in 2014 when I was looking for ways to improve my overall wellness and find balance. Beginning a hobby in grappling is no easy feat when you're in your thirties, but I was looking for something more to share with my family and every day on the mats brought more and more gratification.
